We can work up some initial sketches in our first meeting, after that any concept drawing, shop drawings or ideas that come out of that meeting won’t be done without a design deposit, showing your good faith in working with us. This deposit is $200.

Pieces costing $1,000. or under must be paid completely before construction begins. Items costing more than $1,000. require a 50% deposit to begin, and the remaining 50% paid before shipping/ delivery.

Our furniture is made to order and not subject to cancellation or changes after 72 hours from time of purchase. Deposits are not refundable after this three-day period.

Final product may vary in color, tone, grain from samples as they are natural materials. Differences and variation in pieces are to be expected in these natural materials and are often what makes them so interesting.

We will deliver in San Diego County and South Riverside County. Furniture can also be picked up or shipped out. Shipping is not included in the purchase price and you will be charged separately for shipping when pieces are ready to ship.
